After being cut, tubes ends have to be treated to meet final customer demands. Provea developed a solution fully adaptable for 3 kinds of operations: deburring (shavings removal), dressing (straight machining, perpendicularly to the tube) or chamfering (OD and ID).
The machine has the following cycle: one tube is brought against a stop by pliers, then it is caught by jaws. The stop is withdrawn and the rotating tool operates on the tube end.
The machine is fully suitable for different tube diameter, thickness and length. Shavings are blown to make sure tubes are not damaged in the following process.
