Annealing station for tube production lines are designed and manufactured by Provea. The classic annealing station realized on production lines ensures a continuous protection gas (hydrogen atmosphere – bright annealing). The station has the following elements :
– High Frequency Generators and Inductors, in charge of the temperature increase (almost instantaneously)
– Isotherm systems when the temperature has to be kept at the high point
– Cooling tunnel in charge of temperature decrease. Note that a cooling system can ensure a closed loop demineralised water circulation
– Water shower at the end to finish the temperature decrease
For bright annealing, a gas control system is necessary in order to regulate the gas (hydrogen + inert gas). A control panel enables the operator to control the station.
